Can I hide my name and billing information to recipient? Hide the price?
Yes. We always hide your billing information. You can choose to hide your name and/or hide the price while checking out.
What do you do if recipient is not at the address while you deliver?
We will leave it to someone at that place(like family, friends, colleague, or guard) and ask them to pass the gift to recipient. We will also try to call recipient to let her/him know where the gift is. If nobody is at the address, we will try to contact recipient(contact sender if failed) to arrange redelivery, . The redelivery charge is $7.00. We may waive this charge.
Can I select a specific delivery time?
No. However, you can let us know your prefered delivery time(write at "Message to Annieflower" while checking out) and we will try our best. In general, we can deliver tomorrow morning if we receive your order today.
Can I input address in Chinese?
Yes. We are local Chinese company! You can input chinese address, chinese greeting message, ... everything you like.
Is the flower arranged while delivery?
Yes. All flowers are arranged as the picture shown before delivery. Delivery is made by a master florist.
Do you send email confirmations?
Yes. You should receive an order confirmation email in just seconds if your email address is correct.
If we received your payment and start to process your order, you should receive an email as well.
After we delivered your order, we also let you know by sending another email. Of course, we mark
your order status in our website as well.
How could I know you received my order correctly?
After you placed an order, we send you a confirmation email right away to sum up your order.
If you received the confirmation email and find everything is right, then the order is received correctly.
How could I know you delivered my order?
We will mark in our website and send you an email if we delivered your order. However, the time that we
send the email does not mean we delivered your order at that time. We may delivered your order in morning
and mark the website / send you an email in afternoon because delivering orders in time is always our first priority.

Yes. Your bank would made currency exchange for you at its rate. We do not do any currency exchange.
The website stops while I make payment online, what should I do?
You can make payment at any time by clicking "My account" at the top-right of webpages
and click "Make Payment" in the order list table. REMEMBER: We can not process your order if we do not receive
your payment. The sooner we receive payment, the better we can prepare for your order.
How could I know you received my payment?
We will mark in our website and send you an email if we received your payment, and we start to process your order at the same time.
You can also login our website and click "My account" to trace your order.
Can I customize the item in your website?
Yes. You can customize any bouquet or basket in the site by clicking Customize in the main menu: choose the number of roses, lilies, tulips, etc and
choose the wrapping. You can also select a similar item in the site and leave a message to tell us how we should make
changes for the item. We will do as you required whenever possible by keeping the item equal in value.
Can I make some changes about the item after I placed an order?
You can tell us your preference or whatever you want by sending messages to us through order detail pages.
We will do our best to make changes that you told us, however, we do not guarantee this.
Will you contact me if there is some problems about my order?
Yes. We will send an email to let you know and leave the message in the website at the same time.
If you want to reply us, please do NOT reply the email but login the website and send a message back or
call us.
I do not know the exact address of recipient, Can you find it out and deliver on time?
Yes, if you have recipient's phone no. We deliver all orders by our florists and shall confirm address if you provide phone number.
Do you call the receiver before delivery?
Yes. We may call to confirm the address and delivery time if we feel it's needed for whatever reason. If you clearly indicate NO CALL, then we may call only we have problems during delivery.
Do you have gift card sent with flowers?
Yes. We have free gift card with every order. You can tell us your message on the card while checking out.
Can I make changes to the items on the website?
Yes. We have place to write down your instructions while checking out. We will do our best to make changes
